Athletics Physical Exam Event - Wednesday, August 7

Incoming sophomores, juniors and seniors who plan on participating in athletics in 2019-20 must have a physical examination/physician's clearance.

• Student-athletes must have a current physical on file before the first tryout date — no exceptions!
   
• All forms must be uploaded to Magnus Health.
   
• Physical evaluations are valid for one full year from the date the physicals administered by a doctor.

IMPORTANT TRYOUT DATES & NOTES:

Fall – Friday, August 9, 2019       

Winter – Monday, November 4, 2019

Spring – Monday, February 2, 2020

Saint Francis will provide a Physical Examination Event on August 7 at the Palo Alto Medical Foundation, Los Altos Center. The exam will be thorough, and parents will be notified if any problems are detected.

The service fee is $65 for each exam, and proceeds are used to buy medical supplies for the Athletic Department.
